How do I register?

Can I have multiple registrations?

Each email address and contact phone number can only be associated with one BigBFreshStore account.

Can I add more than one delivery address in an account?

Yes, you can add two addresses in your BigBFreshStore account. One is Billing Address and other one is Shipping Addresses. However, during check-out You can change shipping address to billing address and vice versa.

What is My Account?

My Account is the section you reach after you log in at My Account allows you to track your active orders status and invoice download as well as see your order history, Modification of Addresses (Billing & Shipping Addresses), Account details (update your contact details & Password change, etc.), Wishlist details, and Implemented new feature “My Wallet” (named as BigBFS wallet).

How do I reset my password?

1. Click on Lost Your Password
2. Enter your registered Email I’d or Mobile number
3. OTP send to your registered mobile number, you have to verify it.
4. Enter a new password and re-enter the same new password.

What are the modes of payment?

You can pay for your order on using the following avails Online Multi-mode Payment gateways options of payment:

(a) Credit and debit cards (VISA / Mastercard / Rupay)

(b) Cash on Delivery (COD) or Paid on delivery (POD) through Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm and Cash.

Note: Cash/Paid on delivery means that you can pay for your order at the time of order delivery at your doorstep.

Is it safe to use my credit/ debit card on

Yes, it is absolutely safe to use your card on A recent directive from RBI makes it mandatory to have an additional authentication pass code verified by VISA (VBV) or MSC (Master Secure Code) which has to be entered by online shoppers while paying online using visa or master credit card. It means extra security for customers, thus making online shopping safer.

If I pay by credit card how do I get the amount back for items not delivered?

If we are not able to deliver all the products in your order and you have already paid for them online, the balance amount will be refunded to you as per your convenient i.e Cash or Coupon Code Such credit Value and you can use it at any time against your future orders. Where do I enter the coupon code?

When I will receive my order?

Once you have placed the order. You will get your order at your doorstep within 2 hours on the same day or as per your chosen date and time schedule.

Do you have Organic Farm Fresh Vegetables?

Yes, we are providing Organic Farm Fresh Vegetables in Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, and Niali.

How are the fruits and organic vegetables packaged?

Fresh fruits and Organic / Non-organic vegetables are handpicked and hand cleaned. We ensure hygienic and careful handling of all our products.

What about the Minimum Order amount to place the Order?

There is no minimum order for delivery but we charge a nominal delivery fee. If the order amount less than Rs.399 then delivery charges will be applied Flat Rs.59 and Payment should be through Online Payment Gateways. In this case, Cash on Delivery will not be visible.

Also, we have convenience charged extra Rs.49 for Orders placed through Cash/Paid on Delivery.

How much cost shopping for Free Home Delivery?

Do you deliver in my area?

You can open any product from and you will see there a Pin Code box. Put Your Area Pin Code and Check the Delivery Status.

Will someone inform me if my order delivery gets delayed? delivered before given schedule by Customers. In case of a delay, our customer support team will keep you updated about your delivery. What are the delivery slots?

Delivery slots are time slots during which you will receive your order. currently offers every 2 hours delivery slots each day from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Can I change my order delivery slot after placing the order?

How do I add or remove products after placing my order?

Once you have placed your order you will not be able to make modifications on the website. Please contact our customer support team for any modification of order.

Is it possible to order an item which is out of stock?

No, you can only order products which are in stock.

How do I check the current status of my order?

You will receive an email and mobile notification as an “Out For Delivery and/or assign a driver for delivery” then within 2/3 hours the Order will be delivered at your doorstep.

#Order_Cancellation after 12 hours will not be considered. You can refuse at the Doorstep. The refund of the order value will be as per manual process.


The product I want is not available on BigBFreshStore. How do I get?

You can place the order as per your needs stuff. Unavailability stuff should be mentioned in the “Order Notes” and BigBFreshStore will arrange it for you without any cost implications.

Where can I find currently running offers / promotions?

There is a link called “Offers” on the top right-hand side of our website. All products with any discount or promotions are listed under this section.

Do you have any Mobile App for this Website?

Yes, has an Android Mobile View application. It’s available or downloads from Google Play Store named “BigBFS / BigB Fresh Store.

Do you have offline stores?

No, we are a purely internet based company and do not have any physically established stores.

How will I get my money back in case of a cancellation or return? What are the modes of refund?

Once the refund has been initiated, the refund amount is expected to reflect as per the payment method:

  • BigBFS Wallet – Refund will be credited in BigBFS Wallet (Within 24 hours)
  • Cash on Delivery – Refund will be in BigBFS Wallet (3-5 business days)
  • Online Payment via Credit / Debit Cards – Refund will be in the source (3 – 5 business days)
  • Net banking – Refund will be in Net Banking account (7 – 10 business days)
  • UPI – Refund will be in Net Banking account (5 – 7 business days)
  • PhonePe & other E-wallets – Refund will be in PhonePe & E-wallet (1 – 2 business days)
  • NEFT (Bank Refund) – Refund will be credited to your Bank Account (5 – 7 business days)

Points to Note:

Refunds timelines depend on Bank turnaround times and RBI guidelines. Also, Delivery and Cash Handling charges will not be refunded

If payments are received from the BigBFS wallet and another source, any refunds will be credited to the BigBFS wallet first and then to the 2nd source as per the timelines mentioned above.

Please note that any refund will be initiated only for the specific number of items/products that you chose in the returns request placed with us.

We will not process a refund for any additional units or other items/products returned.

Any additional units or items/products received, during the course of the returns process, will not be returned to you either.

BigBPay Wallet FAQ’s

What is BigBPay Wallet?

BigBFS Wallet is a digital wallet provided to you by BigBFreshStore using which you can do transactions on and its android app. The amount in the wallet consists of three components. Amount in BigBFS wallet= Money + Credits – Debits. Money is the amount added by you through the add money option in the BigBFS wallet.

Credits are received either through refunds made on cancellation of orders or part orders or through refunds provided by for any other purpose. Debits could be added through pending payments for orders delivered but not paid or items supplied for an amount higher then paid for or non-redemption of any payments made to

Any amount in the BigBFS wallet can only be used to purchase on BigBFreshStore or its android app and not anywhere else. Please note that EMI, Prepaid or Virtual bank cards or a combination of electronic methods of payments such as Credit or Debit cards with Cash on delivery is not supported to top up BigBFS Wallet.

How much money can I add in my BigBPay Wallet?

You can only add value up to Rs. 10,000 per month per user. Beyond that, you may still receive your refunds to BigBPay Wallet, but you will not be able to top-up it further. Also at any point in time you cannot have a balance of more than Rs. 10,000 in your wallet. This is excluding any credits that you have received in this period.

What are the benefits of using BigBPay Wallet?

  • Faster Check-out by using BigBPay Wallet, no OTP or passwords are required
  • Faster refunds- these are credited within 24 hours to your BigBPay Wallet
  • Detailed account tracking: You can track your spending and wallet activity in the My Wallet link available on the website and/or app.

Can I redeem BigBPay Wallet to Cash?

You may not redeem your BigBPay wallet for cash. BigBPay Wallet balance can also not be transferred to Bank, Other Wallets, or other User accounts.

What happens to my BigBPay Wallet if I am not able to access my Account?

Your BigBPay Wallet account is still active and you may reset your BigBFreshStore account password or take help of customer support team to again access your Account.

What happens if someone uses BigBPay Wallet from my account without my permission?

You need to protect your BigBFreshStore Account. If someone gets unauthorized access to your BigBFreshStore account, they may use your BigBPay Wallet to purchase products at on your behalf without your knowledge.

What happens if I return the Items that I have bought with BigBPay Wallet?

The refund value for these returned items shall be added to your BigBPay Wallet.

Can I decide the amount that I can pay from the BigBPay Wallet and the rest from other payment options?

If you have balance in your BigBPay Wallet, then that will be used first. The remaining amount, if any, might be paid through other available online payment methods.

Is there any maintenance charge for keeping BigBPay Wallet balance?

There are no maintenance charges for keeping BigBPay Wallet balance.

However, Cash/Paid on delivery, International Cards are not acceptable modes of payment for the top-up of the BigBPay Wallet.

How do I check balance in my BigBPay Wallet?

You need to log-in to your Account on Website and go to your My Account. There, in the My Wallet tab, you shall be able to see the Wallet Balance amount.

How do I use BigBPay Wallet to buy items on Website?

You shall be able to use BigBPay Wallet as a Payment method available at the checkout. There may be a few products, including Gift Cards, for which BigBPay Wallet is not allowed to pay for.

What happens to my BigBPay Wallet if I uninstall the App?

Your BigBPay Wallet account is still active. You may re-install the BigBFreshStore App or login on to the website to access your account.

What happens to my BigBPay Wallet if I don’t use the BigBFreshStore for over 1 year?

Your BigBPay Wallet account stays active & there is no expiry date for your wallet balance.

Can I pay for an Item partially from BigBPay Wallet and partially from other payment options?

Yes, you may use other payment methods available to pay along with BigBPay Wallet. However, the money shall be deducted from BigBPay Wallet first and the remaining amount can be paid through other available online payment methods.

Can I decide to not pay through BigBPay Wallet, even though I might have amount available?

If the user has a BigBPay Wallet balance, then it is up to the user to use it, however, if BigBPay Wallet is being used then the order value will first be taken from BigBPay Wallet, and the remaining order value, if any, shall be paid by other available online payment methods.

What is the validity of BigBPay Wallet? Does the balance expire?

Your BigBPay Wallet account stays active & there is no expiry date for your BigBPay wallet balance.
